New women’s dance sessions
COME AS YOU ARE, DANCE AS YOU FEEL
Have you ever fancied giving dance a go, or perhaps you used to dance and have been longing to find your way back to it?
I’m so excited to be launching inclusive women’s dance sessions at the beautiful Red Bay Pilates Studio in Budleigh Salterton, and I would absolutely love for you to join me.
These classes are for women of ‘ALL’ abilities.
There’s no pressure to be perfect or have any experience — just come as you are, move your body and enjoy your time at the classes.
We will explore the fundamentals of commercial-style dance, with a focus on building skills, confidence, improving mobility, connecting with our bodies and incorporating breath-work to help us feel grounded, empowered and energised.
When: Tuesdays, starting 3rd November 2026
Where: Red Bay Pilates Studio, Budleigh Salterton
Duration: 1 hour per session 1.30pm-2.30pm
Pricing:
- £10 per individual session
- £65 for a block of 7 sessions — saving you £5.00
Sessions will run during school term time, making it easier for mums of school-aged children to join in without worrying about sessions continuing during the school holidays.
Spaces are limited so that we can keep the sessions intimate, comfortable and spacious, allowing everyone room to move and the opportunity to receive support and guidance.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item committedclothingcompany.co.uk will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Discounted items are not eligible for a return. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
